2. Estimates and Quotes

3. Scheduling

Tree work can be highly weather-dependent. SNT Tree Service may postpone or reschedule work when conditions make it unsafe, impractical, or likely to cause unnecessary property damage.
4. Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area unless otherwise agreed.
Before work begins, customers should identify known underground or concealed items that may be affected by the work, including private utilities, irrigation systems, septic components, invisible fencing, landscape lighting, drainage systems, and similar installations.
SNT Tree Service is not responsible for damage to underground or concealed items that were not properly identified or disclosed before work began, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
5. Tree Work and Property Conditions
Tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and land clearing involve heavy equipment and inherently variable conditions.
Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect the property. However, normal effects of tree work may include temporary lawn disturbance, tire or track impressions, sawdust, wood chips, small debris, or other incidental effects associated with performing the contracted work.
Specific property-protection requirements should be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
6. Utilities and Power Lines
Work near electrical lines, communication lines, utilities, easements, or other restricted areas may require coordination with the appropriate utility provider or other third parties.
SNT Tree Service reserves the right to delay, modify, or decline work when utility conditions or other hazards make the work unsafe or require authorization that has not yet been obtained.
7. Customer Authorization
By approving work, the customer represents that they own the property or have authority from the property owner to authorize the requested services.
The customer is responsible for identifying property boundaries when the location of a boundary could affect the work.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Customers should contact SNT Tree Service as soon as possible if they need to cancel, postpone, or change scheduled work.
Cancellation fees, deposits, or other project-specific terms, when applicable, will be disclosed as part of the estimate, proposal, or service agreement.
9. Payment
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Customers are responsible for paying amounts due according to the agreed payment terms.
10. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.
Descriptions, photographs, examples of previous projects, promotions, and other website content do not guarantee that identical results, pricing, or conditions will apply to every property.
